Cajun Spice Boil

We serve the traditional style spice boils of Southern Louisiana.

 A veritable cornucopia of delicious morsels. 

Depending on availability, the boil can include:

 Crawfish, Shrimp, Mussels, Fish, Crab, Clams, Andouille doubloons, Chicken, Potatoes, and Corn cobettes. 

 

All steamed with secret spices, strained, and ceremoniously dumped in the middle of a newspaper dressed table. 

Comes with Jambalaya and a taster of gumbo.

 This is pot banging, finger lickin’ fun!

 All ingredients subject to availability and may be substituted.

Traditional Boil

Crawfish, shrimp, mussels crab, andouille doubloons, potatoes, and corn cobettes. Steamed with secret spices and ceremoniously dumped in the middle of a newspaper dressed table.

All the wonderful flavours of package 1 with the added element of the grill! We bring our award winning fall off the bone ribs. Char broiled in our New Orleans BBQ sauce! We even bring the BBQ!

Master Of The Grill

Pick up your Spice Boil kit! It includes all the food, seasonings and directions to successfully host your own Back Yard Boil. The only thing missing will be the pot to bang on!

All Packages include Vegetable Gumbo, a classic Cajun soup thickened and flavoured with Okra, and Bon Temps Jambalaya, a traditional bake of rice, sausage, and chicken with all the flavours of Louisiana!
